Returns
We want you to be delighted with your Hathern & Charnwood Coffee Roasters purchase. Here’s our returns policy:
- Perishable Goods: As our roasted coffee beans are a perishable food item, we are unable to accept returns if you simply change your mind. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Faulty Goods: If your coffee beans are of unsatisfactory quality, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us as soon as possible with details and we will resolve this for you.
- Not as Described/Damaged: If your order arrives not as described or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
- Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened coffee.
How to Return an Item
Please contact us by email at hathernroastedcoffee@outlook.com or by phone at 07469 935139 to arrange a return. We will advise you on the best way to return the item to us.
